"Made a group order with my coworkers the other morning but we usually go to the one on MacArthur drive which they are great. Not this location tho. We only came to this one bc on Sunday this was the only location that opens earlier than 6. THEY have the hours posted as 5:30 but god forbid you show up at that time because they will look at you sideways for showing up at the times they have posted lol. After feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome by the staff I finally got the donuts and coffee and we did not like them. Tasted like they had been sitting out a while which is crazy since I got there right as they were opening. Maybe they left them out overnight. Definitely go to MacArthur drive instead of this one"

"Came to Shipleys this morning and first thing they tell me is they’re out of milk. Ordered 3 donuts and it was obvious they had been sitting out the whole night and there wasn’t much glaze on them. Use to come here all the time as a kid but just doesn’t hit the same anymore. Stale, cold, overpriced. I recommend going to starlight donuts by circle k in Jackson they always have hot and fresh donuts there"
