"Oh my God!! This is the BEST food Baton Rouge has seen in a while!!!! The service, food, and atmosphere 10 stars! The owner really has a goldmine with this spot!!! Arrived at 9:15 on a Saturday morning not too packed and dined in. Food came out within 6 minutes hot and fresh! Sweet potato beignet and strawberry cheesecake beignet were to die for! Eggs scrambled to perfection and bacon cooked for the GODS!! Can’t forget about the blueberry lemonade, just dreamy!!! By the time we left it was packed and line was out the door!!! Prayers for continued success!!"

"I have no idea how we missed this gem, but we are going to be regulars now!! First, the prices are insanely low for the quality of food prepared and the freshness, not to mention how delicious!!! We literally ordered a six pack of regular beignets, three stuffed beignets with two sauces on the side, shrimp and grits, loaded potatoes, and a breakfast sandwich and it still wasn't even $50!!! That would easily be almost $100 at Copeland's! If you love a beignets, this is the place to get them. The way they stuff them makes it reminiscent of a stuffed king cake almost, and they are delectable. Don't walk, but RUN to get breakfast and brunch!!! They are also on doordash, which is how we found them to begin with, and even with slow drivers, the food was still amazing!!!! 5 Stars indeed!"

"I had a solid experience here. I ordered the beignet breakfast with 1 regular and 1 strawberry cheesecake. The strawberry cheesecake came heavily recommended and it did not disappoint. I rated the overall meal as a 9/10. Very great flavor and not excessively sweet. Perfect amount of stuffing. The eggs were a great texture and the grits had a nice flavor(they are on the thicker side with is preferable to me). My only discrepancy was that my order was served wrong but I was patient and communicated this with one of the workers. He quickly apologized and not only made corrections for his mistakes but also sent me home with 3 extra strawberry cheesecake beignets! No one is perfect in service but how you respond to mistakes says a lot about your business mentality. I’m excited to come back and try some more of their beignets. Hopefully everyone enjoys them like I do. To the gentleman behind the counter with the locs that made sure everything was fixed, thank you!"

"Today I gave Beignet Baton Rouge a try & I should’ve tried them sooner!😩 I ordered the Shrimp & Grits with Biscuit and a crawfish beignet!🤩 And let me just say, they are truly on to something special!!! The food was amazing and well seasoned! The biscuits definitely did not come out of a can, grandma where you at lol! 10/10✨"
