"I love this CC's! I've been going there on my way to work for a long time. However, there is a noticeable difference in the quality of their medium roast drip coffee. For the past several weeks, I have noticed the coffee itself tastes burnt (I take mine black so it is jarring when you taste ash). Not sure if it is the quality of the beans or their machines being old. I find that the customer service at this location is great and the employees seem happy. I may have to start adding sugar to battle the burnt taste."

"This used to be my go to place. I recently visited this café and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. I ordered a coffee, which arrived lukewarm and unappetizing — not the comforting pick-me-up I had hoped for. But the lack of warmth didn’t stop there; the customer service mirrored the temperature of my drink. Although it was a Saturday, there were no smiles or pleasantries, just a sense of indifference from the staff. As I waited to order, I couldn’t help but notice two employees staring blankly at me, wearing expressions of clear discontent. When my order was finally taken, the same lackluster attitude was evident. I observed the staff interacting with other customers, and unfortunately, the vibe remained the same — cold and unwelcoming. It’s a shame, because a little friendliness can make all the difference, but here, both the coffee and the service left much to be desired."
