"Eclairs are not bakery quality . Not worth the $4.50 each spent. I was very disappointed. The workers try their best. They are always patient with the customers who can’t decide what to purchase. . There’s barely enough room behind the counter for one employee never mind 2 or 3."

"Friendly staff, but they have no idea what they are doing. I have ordered an iced chai latte here many times, and it’s never correct or consistent. This time it had black floaters in it / I assume coffee, but there shouldn’t be any coffee grounds in my tea."

"Today, I waited a long time for a simple question about the availability of a hot breakfast sandwich or wrap. There was 1 person behind the counter busy making a blended beverage for employees with L'aberge on their shirts. I did play at the casino last time and the house won. Well, that being said, the way I was treated was not nice at all . The person behind the counter was busy waiting on employees , who were also behind the counter. I waited 6 minutes being the only person waiting at the counter, just to have a question about the availability of hot sandwiches or wraps finally answered. No, there are no hot sandwiches or wraps at 7:30am . These menue items are listed at the top of their menu. I was treated rudely!"

"The first time was a pleasant experience. There was only one person working. She explained what goes in the coffee I selected. The second time (2 workers) was a Horrible experience! They knew absolutely nothing and couldn’t figure out how or what goes in my coffee! The staff was just as frustrated as I was!! They were completely clueless AF!! I canceled the order bc it resembled nothing like the first order! The consistency was completely different! I will never visit again L’Auberge Hotel & Casino, Small Business Conference."
