"Lady at drive thru was nice, but another lady in the background got upset because my bf went back in to ask for some sweetener for his beverage. They originally wanted to remake the drink for him but he asked just for some sweetener and didn't make them remake from scratch yet still rolled their eyes. He wasn't even talking to that girl. Just rudeness."

"Slowest service ever. Third car in line and taking over 25mins. Hire more staff!!! Tall lady with a tattoo on her right forearm was very rude. Messed up my order and no one apologized for their mishap. Would’ve been more patient if they were nicer. Cashier was nicer. Edit: Ended up asking for a refund bc the lady was continuing to make everyone else’s drink (they were behind me) instead of fixing my drink!!!!!! Never coming back. Again, worst service I’ve ever seen. This all took 45mins of my time and still no drink."

"Stopped by this location and ordered through the drivethru, a mochachip. Was asked what flavor I wanted. I asked, what are my options? With an attitude, the lady's response was maam, its listed on the menu. Ok, what flavor is mocha, I asked. I just want a mocha. Lady responded again with major attitude. Instead of mentioning options and being accommodating, it was 100% just attitude. We told her we were just going to take our business elsewhere, and did just that. Very rude employees."
