from Google & Yelp"I when in to this location on 12 /26/25 with my girlfriend. She heard good things about the place and we saw a line so we thought it was a good place to stop. Unfortunately, when we went in I ordered a mocha chip chocolate and my girlfriend ordered a mochaslip caramel. I dont know if I pick the wrong thing on the menu but this was the most nasty drinks I ever tasted in my life. You could have pee in a cup and It would taste better. The coffee taste was so strong and the was out of whipped cream. ( which i feel like if your store is out of supply that's bad management) I love to drink coffee I love the way bad coffee tastes I make bad coffee all the time a drink it, but I dont pay $15 dollars (which i left a 3 tip because its the holidays) to drink bad coffee."
"Re: Store Location 2200 S Range Ave, Denham Springs, LA 70726 time of service; 6:25pm 11/04/2025 My family and I have enjoyed visiting this location over the years with friendly staff and excellent barista's, many of whom we've became great friends with over the years. Recently over the past few encounters with one of your staff members (Grace). We have had horrible customer service and drink preparation. I was hesitant to file a complaint before because she was a new face and learning, but this has been repeated behavior happening over the past two months of encountering her (Grace) during her shift. When ordering our drinks, we ordered a kids minisippi. At the window she repeated the drink as a mochasippi. I repeated that the drink should be a minisippi just to clarify that the drink would be caffeine free, and was given a bothersome annoyed look before Grace confirmed that it was a minisippi drink. This does happen sometimes occasionally with other staff when they repeat the order, and I'll verify with them in the same manner. The only difference is the staff if friendly and happy to confirm the correctness of the order. I do this for a reason because a newly hired staff once prepared the kids drink with the shot of espresso in it but the manager (Haley) at the time caught the error and had the barista remake the drink. Grace then walks away from the window aggressively closing the window in my face. When she finally returned to hand half of our order of prepared drinks that the barista had to complete on her own, she asked if I had my other drink. I told her no, and began to ask for straws and sleeves for the drinks she just handed us, and she turned away again slamming the window in my face. When she returned with the final drink, she asked was there anything else I needed. I told her yes, before the shut the window in my face I was asking you for the straws, sleeves and a few extra napkins. She appeared unworried, unbothered or unapologetic about her actions or attitude which ultimately prompted me to write this review. I don't view the actions of this one person as the standard set by CCs or this location, but better training, guidance, and hiring practices may be required if this is where things are heading. It pains me to write this review because I have a high tolerance for bs and patience, but feel this needed to be highlighted with regards to staff member Grace. On another note, Haley, Josh, and the majority of all the staff members I've encountered at this location are great and exhibit the type of service I expect during a visit when I'm craving my CCs."
"CC’s is such a welcoming, pleasant place to wind down, laugh until you pee, or crocheted until your fingers bleed! We love our baristas and especially your coffee!"
"I hope the management of this CC's, or chain-wide sees this. We travel the country full-time and enjoy seeking out local businesses, coffee shops in particular because we like supporting this kind of small business. We mostly enjoyed the atmosphere and really enjoyed the coffees we had. We also enjoyed the energy and respect and helpfulness of the three young people that were working that day. I fully support and encourage young people to work and enjoy what they do and who they work with. However, in between serving customers, the very loud incessant cackling that erupted became unbearable. All three of them were involved in some kind of inside joking relating to writing something on a white board behind the counter. At one point, one of them was so out of control that they sat on the floor coughing like they were having some kind of asthmatic episode. This was VERY unprofessional behavior to those of us in the room."
