"Unfortunately, my experience at Puccino’s Coffee was disappointing. The service was not good, and the coffee itself lacked quality. Even the cup felt poorly made, which took away from the overall experience. I expected better standards for both service and product quality."

"If you're looking for that one special coffee, you just can't find that Starbucks this coffee house has it the original Italian coffee. Not only do they have coffee but they also have a terrific line of breakfast and lunch and Italian cookies. I think it's a wonderful atmosphere. They have a lot to look around on the walls and all around. The help is always cheerful and ready to help. I had no problems and the weight is not long at all even for your food as well as your coffee"

"I went into Puccino's for the first time using a gift card I received for the holidays. The service was absolutely HORRIBLE. When we walked in we were not even greeted eye contact was barely made and if it was eyes were rolled. We went to order pancakes they were out of pancakes ?? Decided to just try a coffee because I was already there at this point... Coffee was a 4.5/10 so happy I did not spend my actual money here I would never. The lady behind counter threw my straw onto the register even though my hand was clearly open for the straw and she just placed my drink and did not say "here you go" or acknowledge me. I will not be returning."

"Just had the worst service and I normally love this place. My payment didn’t go through the first time apparently and instead of telling me when I got my coffee or received my food, the lady at the front yelled at me from behind the counter while my mother, my baby and I was eating on the sofa. It was extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable. I had more than enough money to pay. This was incredibly rude. Originally I had a tip on the order but after that treatment I paid in cash with no tip. I would do zeros stars if I could for the level of disrespect I received. Also I want to mention I am a Puccino’s regular that goes to all the locations near by frequently and this was my first time treated like this. Never going to this location again."

"I loveeeee it here !!! My best friend took me here for the first time and I cannot emphasize how nice it was here. I work at a Starbucks as a supervisor and it’s very rare I go to other coffee shops but this place was stellar. It was very clean looking from the eyes of a customer, the person who greeted me was very sweet and he was working by himself. 💆🏼‍♀️ he saw me being indecisive and he was kind of enough to give recommendations and explained the difference between the drinks. 💀 it was midday so I didn’t want espresso and took a granita and I love how smooth it was compared to a Starbucks Frappuccino. 🥰 five star for service friendliness & quality. 🫶🏼 didn’t get the guy who served us name but you’re the best !!! He even gave us a coupon to come back."
