"Came up to the drive through, and the staff immediately started coming towards us. The lady was very nice, but the music is very loud and terrible. I would think that a coffee shop (even drive through) would have more older music, or something other than rap. Especially with kids in the cars and during Christmas time! We came up, and paid. After we left, we found out that they gave us the wrong things. We ordered white hot chocolates, and gave us all regular hot chocolates. They had to make my dads hot latte, again. My mom and I got the Sweet and Salty. They were cold when we got them, because they were sitting on the table waiting for the rest of the order. In the kitchen it seemed chaotic, but the coffee was ok. I do have one think that I DID NOT LIKE AT ALL. They wiped all of the coffee's with one rag 😳. That is not sanitary, personally. I went to the 7 brew in Hammond, and that was so much better! Definitely will not do it again!!!"

If you prefer a stronger, more robust coffee flavor, this might fall a bit short. That said, the prices are comparable to other drive-thru coffee spots, so it feels fair for what you get. Overall, Seven Brew is a solid option if you’re looking for quick service, friendly staff, and a lively atmosphere—even if the coffee itself doesn’t completely wow."

"7 Brew in Houma never disappoints! Drinks are delicious, service is fast and the servers are just the sweetest. The young man who brought me my drink, Jaydin, had the best energy and was so polite! He didnt just run me my drink n walked away, he greeted me and asked about my day. Great customer service, i will be back!"

"I’m not sure what the issue is when this location is busy, but they can’t seem to keep up with the amount of orders and guest. Orders are being made incorrect. They had 3 different people take my order because none of them knew how to put it in, I was also made to drive around 3 times while they figured it out. My drink was supposed to be a WHITE chocolate mocha."
