"True story. My husband and I had been going to a different local coffee shop. We lived an hour away. One day we went to our regular spot and it was closed early. So we headed over to Jet Coffee. We. Were. Hooked. Never went back to the other place. The smell when you pull up in line hits you in the best way. You can smell the roasted coffee. The staff is always very friendly and kind. We have a dairy allergy and we always request a sanitize before they make our drinks and they do it each time. We appreciate that extra step. We recently moved to Lafayette and we are here even more. It's just an awesome spot with the best people and the best iced Mac milk Dream Ons! Thanks, guys!"

"Good coffee and nice workers! The inside can be a bit too crowded for my liking and I had WiFi issues when I first went, possibly due to so many people being connected. Bc of this, I would consider this coffee shop a better place to hang out than it is to study, though I did see several people getting work done as well. I'm very glad that they have a collaboration with Caroline's Cookies bc the Dubai Chocolate cookie bites I tried were INCREDIBLE, I would honestly come back just for that! The drive thru is fast and convenient and I would use that rather than dining in due to how crowded it gets. Note: Jet doesn't allow customers to bring their own reusable tumblers to get drinks in unless it's one of the ones they sell."

"Recommended by a friend, we were not disappointed. We ordered a medium Carmelo, not overpriced and tastes great. Staff were professional and courteous. Clean and friendly environment. The only issue was the drive- thru line was long and in the way of passing traffic so we went inside to order."

"I always get the same coffee with an extra shot. Lately the coffee is just not the same, I’ve been going to all the jet locations since day one and it just doesn’t seem to be consistent anymore. When I get my coffee, it just tastes watered down with no flavor. I make my coffee at home most days and look forward to the days i treat myself to get coffee. I recently started going to a different coffee spot and you can tell the flavor an extra shot is there. Not sure what could be happening or if the workers are just possibly rushing making the coffee."

"Love Jet but this location needs a more streamlined process as it relates to the line (like Ambassador location)! Ended up waiting way longer than usual. The line barely moved during the 20 minutes that I was in it. Had to leave because I would be running late to work."
