"This place needs serious, serious help service wise. I travel a lot for work and this is the worst 7Brew I’ve ever been to. Consistently. See my photo - they always clear out one lane at a time. They don’t take orders in both lanes and go as they should. This morning I decided to give them another second chance (of many) and was again disappointed. They don’t take orders down the line in the morning - they wait for you to get to the top place in line before even taking your order. Every single time I come to this location I wait 20-30+ minutes. I can go to any other coffee shop close by and get service in a quarter of the time. I frequently go to the Baton Rouge and Hammond 7 Brews and they put this one to shame. It needs better management. I live less than five minutes from this location so I have been dozens of times, each time hoping they got their act together, and I’m disappointed every time. I’ve pulled off after paying numerous times because I couldn’t wait over 30 minutes."

"The line scared me away for a while but I caught it when it was short and it wasn’t bad. Sizing is way bigger, probably double of Starbucks. I got the sweet and salty and my husband got the mermaid and they were both really good. The sweet and salty was AMAZING! Did it lined with sf caramel drizzle. Great music, good vibes and SUPER sweet staff! The line moves really quick and everyone here is working their butt off. We loved this place!"

"Very fast service, friendly staff, and good coffee. I would recommend asking the staff for exactly what you like. Meaning, if you like really strong coffee, ask them to help you decide. I wanted a dark cup of coffee and I didn't ask I assumed and while the coffee was great it was not exactly what I wanted. I've been back 5 more times this week and now my order is exactly what I want...."

"Yalllllllllllllllll 7 brew is aaaaaaaaa-mazing!!!!! Not only is the coffee absolutely delicious every time I come but tonight not only was the coffee amazing but the crew tonight was absolutely incredible!!!! Thank you guys for everything!!!!!!! Aiden I’m so so so so so so sorry I have a trailer hitch it’s the previous owners fault!! Didn’t even leave a key!!!! I hit it all the time I am so so sorry let me know if I can do anything!!!
