"Very poor service..Went in this morning for a cup of coffee with my husband, the lady at the register seemed rude from the get go… he got a cappuccino and I got a cold brew and cappuccino tasted fine. The cold brew was very watered down and did not taste good at all. I asked if I can get something else instead and give her back my drink and she said “uhhhhhh…no I’m not really allowed to..” and I said well can I get a refund? It just doesn’t taste good and I always get a cold brew from here and she said “uhhhh.. I can’t do that” so I said well you can make a cup so you can try it, it doesn’t even taste like coffee and she said “I’m not a fan of cold brew” so I just said don’t worry about it, threw away my drink and left. Not trying to be rude but I will not be going back"
