"We went to Puccino's for some midday drinks. This is a great location with a bright atmosphere and lively decoration. I didn't try any food but their coffee is lovely! The staff is kind and helpful. Their service is fast. They have plenty of seating and would be great place to do some work!"

"ordered an iced latte and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. they made a hot one then asked if it was supposed to be iced. so they fixed that but then after i drove away realized they gave me the completely wrong biscuit. also, their latte standard is just one shot of espresso. so you’re basically just drinking iced milk. so disgusting seriously who wants a one shot latte. so the coffee was gross and they pretty much got my entire order wrong and it’s like that every time i come here which is why i don’t come here. so never again."

"Such an awesome vibe as usual. Love trying any seasonal/new bakery items they've got being served in the case. Staff is very helpful and full of insight, and can offer coffee samples too if you're not too sure of what you'd like!"

"The vibe and decour of this place is pretty cool. They nail the Italian coffee shop look and the place feels very cofortable to sit in plus they have free wi fi. Ever one of our first choices were out of stock and the kitchen was closed for the day. The kitchen hours aren't posted anywhere on the website or outside and since this was the whole reason we went there it was a big dissapointment. The stuff we settled for was OK. The pastries seemed stale even after warming and the cappuccino was more of a latte. It still was good it just had way to much milk in it. The Granita was the best thing we ordered,but be aware its supper sweet and rich. The service was fast and the cashier was nice. She seemed a bit overworked so I think staffing is an issue. Its a decent place just know some items may be out of stock and the kitchen may be closed"

"Today a group order of 4 items were ordered in person. The server was watched as she checked the order ticket on the bag as she placed the items in the bag. When the order was being passed out to the person who ordered the items, we found that the make it your way grits was missing the egg that was paid and the American cheese that was paid for. The person who ordered the sausage and cheese biscuit didn’t get hers at all. So when we called the store we received an attitude and were passed off to the kitchen like they could take care of the issue. We were told that they couldn’t refund the money and if we wanted the missing items someone would have to drive back and get it. When the missing items were picked up, the scrambled egg was just throw in foil, the cheese grits were in a sm container with cheddar cheese instead of American. And the cheese biscuit picture is attached to this review. We won’t waste any more of our time or money at this location. That 4 unhappy customers."
