"First time here (1/5/2026) and it was a disappointment from start to finish. I ordered a 2-shot espresso macchiato (espresso with just a small amount of foam), but I was handed what was clearly a latte—I could tell immediately just by the weight of the cup. I asked for it to be remade because it seemed like milk had been added. They remade it, but it still came back tasting like a latte with milk, not a traditional macchiato. I also ordered a double-toasted bagel with cream cheese and salmon. The bagel arrived cold, the cream cheese was in a small container on the side, and the salmon on top looked questionable and was cold. In all my years of ordering a bagel with cream cheese and salmon, it has always come out with the cream cheese on the bagel—not served separately. I even left a $3.12 tip, despite an I don't care attitude, but the drink accuracy, food quality, and overall service weren’t there. I won’t be back."

"The cashier was very friendly. However, beyond ordering they did not seem to care about anything. However, they were polite. The food was not that great. I ordered the Cuban sandwhich and the meat was dry as a bone, clearly very poor quality. The teas that we ordered had very little taste, as if they had been watered down in order to make a profit. Concerning the drinks there’s really only two sizes. Small and medium. The “large” is quite literally maybe 3cm taller than a medium. Don’t waste your money on a large. Even then the small isn’t that much smaller than a medium. So I suggest preserving a small with no ice. I also asked the cashier if their potato salad was mayo based or sour cream. She told me it was mayo based. It wasn’t. It was 100% sour cream based. I let the cashier know of her mistake an bd her reason case was,”oh okay I’ll let the staff know.” Very odd. Will not be coming back her again."

"Royal blend is my favorite spot for breakfast!! They have the BEST coffee!! The cinnamon toast makes me feel 5 years old again, it truly is the world’s best cinnamon toast! TRUST ME!!! I haven’t had anything there that wasn’t amazing. I go at least once per week!!!"
