"From out of town and been curious to try 7 brew coffee so my sister and I stopped by yesterday afternoon. Was a good experience, but I was not prepared for the Chick-fil-A style of ordering where they take down your order with a tablet. This creates a bit of a stressful experience for a first time customer who isn't familiar with the menu. I just asked the employee to suggest a good holiday style drink, and she did an excellent job with that! The music is obnoxiously loud too lol. Had to dock a star mostly for that and for not having a clue as to what I should order without being closer to view the menu before doing so. I didn't want to be the reason to hold up the line. I'd suggest adding a menu in the line where the orders are actually being taken. Otherwise, the coffee was great and I'd go back, but not before looking at the menu online first lol."
"4+ employees stared at us for 5+ minutes without taking our order. They each kept looking at each other and giggling like they were trying to convince each other to take our order. Eventually one finally did. Overall a weird experience and I’m not sure why they were looking at us like we had 3 heads or why it took so long for one of them to come take our order. The whole ordeal came across very rude and lazy. I’ve been here on Saturdays and the staff has always been above and beyond lovely but today was a different story. Coffee was still good though."
"For Gods sakes turn down the music. Wait staff can't here you,you can't here them. No one wants loud techno at 8 am Sunday morning. Really good coffee, as it should be! Its not cheap. Turn the music down. Its enough to drive me away s a steady customer!"
