"Long overdue review ! We were here in October of 2025 for a weekend trip. It was a little walk from our BnB and we were on the late side of breakfast so they would be closing soon. When I say we were blessed we came here we were! We got their cinnamon rolls and some coffee and we were in heaven! I must say we ate 2 cinnamon rolls and left with 2 more! I recommend !"

The owner personally makes the grits and serves you WITH the best genuine Hospitality I have ever experienced and it's usually in these types of establishments that you get the service that you never expect. The food was served beautifully with love and hospitality Southern HOSPITALITY that is. She always made sure to come back and check on us to make sure we had all that we needed and if we were pleased with the food she even gave us a little history on some of the menu items. You can tell she put a lot of love into her restaurant because it comes through with her service and food we will be back. "I am so glad my sister found this cafe and that we decided to come have brunch. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and quality food. Shrimp and grits were cooked perfectly and my French toast was one of the best ones I’ve ever had. The fruit was so fresh too. All the coffee drinks we ordered were sooo good and made picture perfect. Cannot say enough about how genuine the atmosphere and service was as well. Everyone was so nice, accommodating, and we had great conversation with some of the staff! I would 100% come back and I would recommend this spot to anyone visiting NOLA.
