"We took the coffee cupping class which is a class that explains coffee and various varieties and types. This was a fascinating class and this shop is not like any I have been to. You purchase unroasted coffee and can roast at home or right in the shop. I am not a coffee drinker and I found this shop and class absolutely fascinating. The rest of my group are coffee drinkers and also learned a lot more about coffee. I’m sure my explanations are not doing justice to this shop but highly recommend visiting if not for a class to explore the shop."

"This shop is such a fun experience for any type of coffee-lover! Doesn’t matter how much you already know about coffee, their team is there to answer all your questions and help guide you on your coffee roasting journey. Ezra helped us roast a delicious Mexican honey process coffee (you should ask him about honey process if you’re unfamiliar). We also took home some Ethiopian, Costa Rican, Indonesian, and Yemeni coffees to try roasting ourselves! My only regret is not attending a roasting or cupping class. Next time!!"

"I don’t think I could love this place any more. I generally find a coffee I like and keep it around until it’s no longer easily available… but this spot makes me want to experiment. The host were really kind and patient with my dumb questions and recommended a coffee based upon the description of others I love.
