"I enjoyed Legacy Kitchen twice during my stay in NOLA. My first itme was for brekky. I got eggs benedict and beignets. This was my first meal in NOLA and it was AMAZING. The beignets were big and fluffy and covered in powdered sugar. The eggs benedict were on point, the hollandaise sauce was rich and creamy, a hearty way to start the day. My second time I got lunch to go. I ordered the Steak frites medium and the cook was perfect. If I had time I would've stayed to dine in and enjoy but I couldn't."

"landed new year’s eve and walked here from my hotel without doing much research cuz i was hungry and just wanted to eat. there was zero wait (around 8pm) but they were pretty busy inside but still a few empty tables. service was good, food came in a timely manner and was hot and fresh. liked my drink as well. 4 ⭐️ because the beignets were mushy inside. i’m back home now and still think about that catfish 🤤"

"Walking in, we were able to immediately get the attention of the hostess, Tracy, who went out of her way to re-print an updated reservations list for us. That was where the great service ended. After being seated, it took 45 minutes to get the attention of any waiter/waitress to place an order, and another 15 minutes to ask for water for the table. We had to physically go up to what seemed like the floor manager to ask for water. The waiter was extremely rude - one of our party was kindly waving to try to get his attention to order (after 40 minutes of being seated), and he mockingly put his arm up to wave back, then joked with the table he was next to that he had no idea what we wanted, that we were the ones being rude, and that he should “go and see what they want”. It would have been fine if he came over, but he never did. After placing our order, it was 45 minutes before getting our first dish, and another 15-20 before we got the rest. The crab cakes were really good! The tacos were a bit small but also pretty good. Chicken sandwich was tough and chewy, the shrimp po’boy needed a lot of Tabasco to add flavor. Fries were good, but warm at most. Overall, we were there for over 2 hours. Disappointed to say the least."

"If you are craving authentic New Orleans comfort food, then look no further. Our party ordered the iconic Roast Beef and Shrimp Po-boys. The gravy-soaked roast beef and crispy shrimp were both sloppy masterpieces. I had the Chicken and Waffles. This generous portion had crispy, moist chicken surrounded by crunchy waffles smothered in a sweet maple syrup. The service was super friendly and attentive. If you're looking for comforting, savory New Orleans treats, then you will not be disappointed."

"I went into this location for happy hour. There are cool choices that differed from the westbank location’s. I felt as though the bartender made my mom and I feel like we were an inconvenience (😕) but the food was just okay. I only got two things: lobster rangoons and crawfish dip. (smoke shrimp dip is served cold). the rangoons were fried too hard to eat comfortably and the cheese dip originally came out warm-ish and got cold fast. We were able to get it warmed so that was fixed but I would probably only revisit during another time of they day when more care can be put into the food. Look forward to giving another review in the future!"

"Stopped in because it is closer than the Cafe Du Monde and open earlier. Glad I did. The beignets are lighter and sweeter than the ones at Du Monde. They..."
