"I’m not sure how this business is still open and the speed and quality of service was akin to walking into a random house and asking someone to make you coffees. The woman behind the counter had the customer service traits of a hostage (perhaps someone’s daughter that doesn’t want to be there?). Everything was very slow, which is great if you are ordering a cocktail and taking your time, not for a black coffee. The cannoli was mediocre. I’m not sure if all the stars of a 1-star experience just happen to align when we walked in, but we did not have a good experience and I’d suggest going elsewhere."
