What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"The hostess was very accommodating when I told him we drove over two hours to go for my birthday trip. He sat us outside and we loved it. The weather was beautiful and so was the location. Our server was also great and our food came quickly. We shared the steak, eggs, and potatoes. He checked on us frequently and was very pleasant. When we left he have us a cute brochure of all their establishments and we will definitely be back soon. Such and cute and unique place. You can also get alcohol and non alcoholic drinks in these cute blood bags."
"A small space but perfect. I was craving Shrimp and Grits and I hit the jackpot at this restaurant. The theme was great. Our server was great although I do not presently remember her name. She was very attentive and accommodating. She gave us great info on the restaurant and even gave us free passes to a Vampire themed speak easy theatre of some kind. I wish I wasnt headed out of town or else I would have loved to check out the event. The food I ate was so delicious I am looking forward to trying other menu option on my next trip. I saved this place as a favorite on my map."
"Staying in New Orleans for the first time and have been back here several times in a single day! Such a convenient location and our bartender, Allison, made us feel at home. The blood bags are so delicious and reasonably priced! Also some of the best crab I have ever gotten was from here. Will definitely be coming back as much as we can"
"Fun little corner spot with a vampire theme! The blood bags are a specialty of theirs, come in a few flavors, fiancée had the pomegranate lemonade one and said it was great. She loves sweeter cocktails, she said you couldn’t even taste the alcohol, but it definitely had plenty and did its job! We shared some BBQ crab claws and they were very tasty in a tangy sauce, it’s a sort of Korean BBQ style flavor. I had an alligator Po-Boy which was tasty, but I wouldn’t get it again. Just wasn’t a fan of the way the gator was prepared. Fiancée had the Shrimp and Grits, they were very good. Creamy thick grits and a wonderful Cajun sauce atop. Would recommend that dish and would get it again."
"If you’re looking for a dining experience that’s a little out of the ordinary, this place is a must-visit in the French Quarter. The vampire theme is immersive and playful — from the gothic décor to the creative “blood bag” cocktails that are great for photos and fun to sip. The menu offers a tasty mix of New Orleans–inspired dishes with interesting twists, like shrimp & grits, alligator po’boy, and flavorful burgers that live up to the theme and deliver on flavor. The staff were friendly and added to the vibe, making the whole experience feel memorable rather than just another tourist stop. It can get busy, so arriving earlier or making a plan to wait for a table is helpful. Portions and prices lean a bit higher, but the atmosphere and creativity make it worth it — especially if you’re into quirky eats and themed cocktails in a historic city. Overall, a super fun spot for dinner or drinks when you’re exploring NOLA! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"Is there a better way to follow up a night time ghost and vampire tour and dinner at the Vampire Cafe? I think not! We have been to this place before I'm..."
