"Seven years ago, while in NOLA, my husband and I visited Piccola Gelateria and what a gelato, to die for. I think I tasted three different flavors and had afogato coffe with hazelnut ice cream. This is the best gelato I ever had. I had gelato many times in Italy, but none of those came even close to gelato at Ria’s. This year we went to New Orleans for a wedding, so I planned in advance a visit with my friends to this place, which is now located on Magazine Street. We Ubered there and the gelato was so yummy and the location is just perfect. It was seven of us and we all tried many different flavors and truly enjoyed it. The special treat we received from Ria was a pumpkin flavored gelato , how perfect, it was a Halloween weekend, and we all truly savored it. We Will be back 😋"
