"Perfection. Visiting from Austin, TX. One of our first meals in New Orleans and we’re wondering how we’ve missed out on this insane cuisine. The gumbo was just so delicious and complex. The rice and beans were the other highlight for us. I’ve never had beans taste so complex and flavorful in my life. Biscuit was soft and fluffy. The chocolate beignets were absolutely perfect in every way too. So yes, all around - perfection."
