"Searching for dessert after dinner, we found Sucre—a visually stunning sweet shop just outside the French Quarters in NOLA. The shop is spotless, and the desserts are displayed like little works of art. We tried the Peanut Butter Dome, the S’mores Bar, and a Chocolate Chip Cookie. All were delicious, but the portions were very small, and the total came to $32, which felt steep. While the service was friendly and attentive, the pricing makes it hard to justify a return visit. Beautiful presentation, good flavors, but definitely overpriced."
