"I should have only gotten a Humphrey. The sandwich i ordered i saw was being made on plain sandwich bread for almost 9 dollars i expected better. The pulled chicken sandwich. Pfft. Bland dry chicken. Ice cold veggies . Barely any mayo or whatever . I told her I didnt want it if its regular bread so she said she could put it on a sourdough bun. Which tasted awful.... waste of money ."

"I was there, 7/5/25 with my brother & a friend around 2pm. The three us were not spoken in a friendly manner by the older clerk there. She spoke abruptly to all 3 of us. My brother lives in Shreveport & is retired from marketing, so for him to comment on it, well... she treated those she recognized with a nice greeting, etc. We weren't regulars but deserved same respect.The younger gals were polite. Food was great, just not our reception."

"I haven't been here in over 10 years but I always know that this place is a hit. The Humphrey (I think it's called) the best I ever had. And I love tart frozen yogurt so this place is amazing. I wish they would expand further but I guess it's just a local staple I have to come to everytime I visit family in S'port."
