"They keep the lights low so you can’t see the food -and now I see why. We went there to watch the game, but they TV app they used kept going out, so we spent most of our dinner watching a grey screen. I ordered the chargrilled crabs and they were about the size of a fiddler crab and extremely over cooked. My date order the Bayou Classic and it was over seasoned but not Louisiana style. The waitress insisted on showing the total from her kiosk pad and refused to provide us with a paper bill, but sent us a text receipt after we left the building. When we finally looked at our bill for two people they added an 18% gratuity on top of poor service. I’ve been here many time and will not be back."
