"I don't like doning bad reviews for local businesses but it was not a very good experience. They are very over priced on their coffees compared to alot of other companies. I got a 20 once frappe with a extra shot and it was $9.50 I get the same coffee from gulfport for 4.75 almost $5 less. And unfortunately its not like the coffee is amazing it really didn't taste any different than Starbucks or anyone else. If your looking for a coffee I suggest going to a more reasonable place."

"Grab a coffee, a great book, and relax! This was my first visit at Roots, Plants + Coffee and it was beyond great! As soon as you walk in, it’s like you’re in someone’s home. The atmosphere is welcoming and soothing! The staff greets you immediately with a smile. I ordered a Birds of Paradise latte and croissant! I was there for 2 1/2 hours, lol! Talk about comfort lol. I loved the antique furniture! But the PLANTS! Omg, such a beautiful collection! I will be back."

"While visiting the area I wanted to patronize a coffee shop. After doing a little research on Yelp- this one seemed promising. Roots is located in the cutest area of town. I love the vibe of the block. They offer parking in front of the shop as well as across the street. When you walk up you immediately get a happy feeling. The umbrella art installation in the street, the cute tables outside , the plants just take you to a happy place. The inside decor does not disappoint. It gives off vintage vibes with a flare! The couch, the floor model TV, even the trunk decor takes me back to childhood! They have a few dinning options inside as well as the outside tables noted earlier. Durring my first visit I had a drink and the avocado toast. I was not crazy about the toast. As such, the second time I stopped by I only ordered a coffee drink. The drink names are so cute! Some examples include, Birds of Paradise, The Prince, and The Bee Hive! I loved the flavor of the drinks I tried. If you are in the area, I suggest checking out this coffee shop for the coffee. It’s a great place to just relax and sip your daily coffee."
