"I always get the same thing boba latte but this time it was messed up bad the girl didn't know what she was doing the drink didn't even have the carmel in it supposed to i called and she said she didn't put anything i didn't ask for but obviously something is wrong with the drink they need to train them better and customer service needs work before they end up like Ding Tea"

"Be prepared to wait 45 minutes for your drink, if they were busy I’d be more understanding but even those who came way after me left before me so it makes me feel like I was purposefully discriminated. So be careful, if you’re looking for a quick refresher or in a rush you’ll be better off going elsewhere, at least you’ll be in and out quicker than OVER half an hour. Girls not focused on their job very slow when there were no other orders & just gossiping & giggling to each other when they should have been doing their job no way it takes 45 minutes for a drink, please do better on hiring who works for you, very unprofessional experience."

"I’d give it a 5, but the interaction with the male cashier was very uncomfortable and odd. After I selected the tip and was about to pay, I inquired about the rewards program to confirm it was the same for every Yum Tra location. I regularly visit the Biloxi location and didn’t want to miss out on points. He snarkily commented about if something is apart of the same corporation he’d assume so….. Then continued to be extremely passive. Yeah, I asked because when I entered my phone number it prompted me to enroll. Different rewards program system? It is a franchise… not a chain. Guess I missed those points 😅"
