"My favorite coffee place in Calcasieu Parish, by far! The perfect place to come and meet a friend, study, do work, and just an all-around great coffee while doing it. The Village is a weekly check-in for me (sometimes even more)!! I highly recommend any of their Iced or Hot lattes! I always get pretty good latte art too!"

"Nice atmosphere. I like visiting different coffeehouses when I travel. Not a Starbucks fan so I try to avoid them. When I got to the counter at the village coffeehouse, the lady was pleasant and took my order. I requested a large, extra hot mocha to go. I received the cup and left. After leaving the coffee shop was down the road a short ways and took a drink The drink itself was good however the temperature I requested was (to me) only warm at best. The tag on the cup stated (extra hot) so the cashier did her job. In the future if I did go back I will let them know about making sure that it needs to be, and I will test before leaving that I want and expect (extra hot)."

"This is the best coffee house I've ever visited. It doesn't matter if they're busy or if you're the only person there, the service is always top notch, friendly and fast. I usually get a hot dark chocolate mocha, but ALWAYS get a grilled cheese. I'm sorry friends. If you haven't had their grilled cheese, you haven't lived!"
