"I've been to the Claypot Cafe in Chinatown a number of times, mainly to get the fish fillet claypot rice, and was surprised to see the extensive menu at this location! Ordering is done through a QR code and the food comes out very quickly. My favorite dishes were the cauliflower and the eggplant with salted fish -- both were intensely savory and addicting. I'd definitely get these again. I also really liked the beef chow fun! The fish fillet claypot was good, but didn't have that soy sauce browning at the bottom/sides of the pot -- it was just a bit of hardened rice. I preferred what I had in Chinatown. The shrimp rice roll was pretty good, but the ratio of shrimp to rice roll was disappointing (small shrimp, and not all rolls had shrimp). The ginger milk dessert was decent but a bit low in sugar and I didn't love the aftertaste/texture. There's a good amount of seating and the bathroom is small but clean. The staff keep the teapot filled and the table cleared. I'd definitely come back!"

"Always loved their clay pot rice. The bean stalks were especially delicious. Careful with the chicken rice as tiny bits of bone can hurt your teeth. Told them the issue and hope they will improve. Their beef tripe was excellent and perfect for raw garlic lovers 😋"

"Food is decent. Decent portions for other foods. The claypot portions are a little small for the price. Excited to finally have some claypot closer than Chinatown. The claypot rice though, could have had more sauce. If you need more, don’t forget to ask for it they will give you extra. The rice rolls on the other hand are meh. Not really worth getting. Wish they had the Hk style."

"The family was in town for BU graduation and my wife said we need to try this place out. It was delicious!!!! The crispy rice at the bottom of the pot was a nice touch. We will be in Boston in two weeks and we will be back again."

"I never thought I would find a good clay pot place in the U.S! Super authentic and delicious Cantonese food. I have come back many times and recommended this place to others. I love the one with yellow eel. The other dishes I had were good too - the water spinach and the beef brisket with radish casserole. Relatively reasonable pricing and good portions."
