What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"The new bagel place is a great addition to the market, about 1 mile from Harvard Sq. The location is spacious, modern and shines cool vibes, selling besides bagels also pantry items and its own branded apparel. Had an everything bagel toasted with scallion cream cheese and it was delicious. The bagel is a bit softer than other bagel restaurants and not too chewy, so for some people that may be very appealing. It will also probably appeal to the NYC bagel aficionado with the overall good quality. Items that the restaurant can improve include more variety of bagels, spreads and creativity on the types of sandwiches together with more pastries. Oh, and I did find the prices a bit high, almost $7 for one bagel with cream cheese. The size of the bagels is fair, maybe a bit smaller than other places, so I went back for a second bagel, jalapeno and cheddar bagel with veggie cream cheese and that one too was amazing. Overall, I'm very excited about Park Bagelry and I look forward to visiting again."
"Delicious bagel that hit all the right chewy/crusty notes (I had the last garlic one, with some super tasty scallion cream cheese). Everyone was super friendly and the space is relaxing and nicely set up. I love the mini window booths and wifi! Very excited to have this spot in the neighborhood! Can't wait til the ice cream operation is up and running, too."
"I went an hour into their grand opening, and it was a solid experience. Friendly, engaged staff who are happy to chat about the business & future plans. The indoor space is open and breathable (although the ordering and pickup area gets a little crowded/awkward when customers build up), and there is ample outdoor & indoor seating options. They’re opening with a more “limited” menu, though the options are satisfactory. I’d be eager to see more sweet options for bagels in the future, but their savory-oriented opening menu is strong. I got a garlic bagel with scallion cream cheese. It was toasted perfectly to give some crunch to the exterior, while preserving the soft texture of a freshly baked bagel. The cream cheese was smooth and bright. If you care about a quality bagel, it’s worth visiting. The pricing (for cream cheeses in particular) may dissuade less invested customers or those who are indifferent to an OK vs great bagel. You can still get a bagel w/ plain cream cheese for $4.50, which seems fair. I’ll be curious to return for expanded offerings, and to try their drinks."
"I’m excited to keep trying their expanding menu. The breakfast bagel on the everything bagel was delicious! I’ve also had their Miso cream cheese for lunch and it really does taste like the soup, surprisingly very good! As of this post their ice cream service isn’t up and running yet, but they have a selection of treats, complimentary water and a nice tea/coffee menu. Plenty of seating and I’m happy a queer owned space moved into this complex!"
"Stopped by today to check out the new bagel shop in town and had an amazing experience. The cashier recommended the Waverly bagel (highly recommend if you like maple butter) and I also tried their peach cinnamon scone. The food and service was amazing, definitely coming back in the future"
"The bagels were delicious but they were not as dense for typical bagels and there was minimal cream cheese. The staff was very nice and the cafe is a great..."
