It's always freshly brewed, usually with a choice of light or dark roast in the morning, with medium roast taking over later in the day. I usually make pour over coffee at home, but if I run out of time, I'm always delighted to have Amherst Coffee as a backup plan. (AND they also make great espresso and cocktails, AND the space is great, AND I love their oyster nights.)"
