"As a perspective student I was very disappointed to find that the Kern had very little to offer and that the service was rude and condescending to boot. My iced Latte came with no ice and my friend's coffee was not only half way filled but it was also cold. When I politely asked the staff to fix it I was met with snarky remarks and refusal. Definitely never wasting my time there in the future."
