"I’m honestly super disappointed. This is my third time coming here and the third time they messed up my order. The coffees are way too sweet and when I specifically ask for only a tiny bit of syrup in my latte they always overdo it but that’s not even the main issue. The first time I ordered just the coffee, and it was great so I came back. The second time I got a coffee that was basically just milk and sugar, then a bagel with cream cheese that I asked for toasted and they didn’t toast it. I wanted to give them another chance because I saw a tasty looking sandwich, the spinach egg and cheddar one. I got that and asked maybe 3-4 separate times to add cream cheese and they STILL forgot. The coffee was also, yet again, extremely sweet after I specifically asked for only the tiniest bit of syrup. I will not be returning, or at least to this location as the staff clearly cannot follow basic instructions for orders. The two stars is because the bagels themselves are very tasty and because the girls behind the counter are have been nice enough to at least remake my coffee when I said it was still way too sweet."

"Ordered a egg and potato wedgie wrap. Wrapped pretty sloppily , ingredients were clumped together . Tasted ok."

"Perfecto's bagels are the best! The cinnamon raisin and French toast ones are to die for. The muffins are also amazing. Every one I have tried has been delicious. The only thing I would say is that they don't have any butter to spread on your bagels which I thought was very strange."

"We were at a nearby event and I decided to order sandwiches for the 5 of us from Perfecto's since it was nearby to the event. The fact that they only offer sandwiches on a bagel or a wrap was weird, but due to time crunch I ordered anyway . The wraps were huge, but unfortunately were mostly lettuce. We ordered 5 different wraps (well actually 4, as I ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken, but they took it upon themselves to make it as a wrap.) All 5 wraps were mostly lettuce with the tiniest amount of meat. Oh, and my son had bones in his honey BBQ chicken wrap. Definitely not worth the $10 to $11 we were charged for them. I would not order from here again."
