Working overnight is definitely no fun, but the experience is made so much better, and my day genuinely brightened, by two of your fantastic baristas: Natalia and Malaya. These girls have an amazing, bubbly, and truly contagious energy. It’s impossible not to smile when they’re serving you—they make my day every time I stop in! Beyond their wonderful attitudes, their dedication to customer service is exceptional. Recently, I had a specific question, and they both went above and beyond, taking the time and effort to find the exact answer for me. That level of commitment shows they truly care about their customers. Natalia and Malaya are a huge asset to Mary Lou's Coffee. "In the last month I have gone 4 times, the last two have been problematic. Today at 9 I went to get two drinks and a bec. Just like last time my bacon is completely charcoal. My drinks were not even made correctly / dirty. Save your time and go to the location in north"

"took my boyfriend here to have him try my favorite coffee for the first time and the woman working was extremely unpleasant and impatient. as someone who has worked as a barista/in food for 5 years through highschool and college i was very taken back. he ordered a coffee and she stared at him as if he had 5 heads before asking if he wanted it black and gave us an attitude before listing the dairies he could add to his coffee in a very annoyed manner. never had a bad experience here until now."

"Tooooooo expensive --- for 2 decaffeinated coffees small ,2 cinnamon rolls $18.32 it's understandable if you get a special kind of coffee but the price is so high the women that made are order had an empty tip cup! I've been a waitress most of my life and I had to tip them ---- they don't make the price for everything and I feel they deserve a tip, will we return???????????????"

First off, let's talk about the service—or lack thereof. I waited an eternity for my order, watching as other customers who came in after me were served before me. It's like they had a personal vendetta against efficiency. And when my order finally did arrive, it was a complete disaster. My drink was not even close to what I asked for. It's like they were playing a game of "guess the customer's order," and they lost spectacularly. But the icing on the cake was the encounter with Ava, the so-called barista. Not only did she take forever to acknowledge my existence, but when I was trying to pay for my order and pulled out some change from my pocket, she had the audacity to sneer and call me "poor." Excuse me? Last time I checked, customer service involved treating patrons with a modicum of respect, regardless of their financial situation. Overall, the food was passable, but the service was abysmal. With rude staff like Ava and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values their time or dignity. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where they actually appreciate your business."
