"the worst customer service. every time i’ve given business to this specific starbucks has been an unpleasant experience. today who i presumed to be the manager there didn’t sell me my drink because according to him they don’t have strainers to strain the fruit out. you guys advertise yourselves as baristas but do not have a strainer? every other starbucks seems to have one so maybe you guys should step your game up. never going again!"

"This Starbucks is unreliable. There's only one worker. If something runs out, the counter is unmanned for sometimes even 20-30 minutes. You're better off finding a different Starbucks. Hoping the main office creates a better working environment for their workers here and hiring more people instead of overworking their current workers."

"Went to get the girls And we were told that they had no other strawberry agaves or Any of the iced coffees have hot coffee that's it no if it was because it was like an hour Any of the iced coffees have hot coffee that's it no if it was because it was like an hour Therefore they come more than a sufficient amount of time to still be serving they probably should have closed just hot coffee. Very bad experience it likely bothered her to come over and take our order. UGH!🤦‍♀️"
