from Google & Yelp"A Friday afternoon for matcha . I have heard a lot of mixed reviews specifically for the Strawberry and cream matcha . Personally I love it . Less hassle of me asking for oat milk on my matcha latte . The flavor was balanced out and perfect. Creamy and sweet strawberry flavor and matcha was perfect not too bitter. Atmosphere is calm and not a lot people around in the afternoon . It was super calm . 🍵🍓🤍💚 I love the matcha . My husband loved the espresso martini he loved the balanced flavors of the pecan and honey incorporated in the coffee . He’s very picky about having pecan on his coffee it was win 🫢"

Just the perfect amount of flavor without it being overpowering!! KUDOS!! 👏🏻 I also had a cinnamon roll and that was also mega yummy!! Please visit Blank Street Cafe and ALWAYS remember to TIP!! They deserve it! ♥️"
"While visiting Boston and exploring found this shop. It was the best Matcha I've ever had! It was delicious. Place was busy and full however they worked fast and didn't have a long wait."
"I was shopping in the area, saw the line out the door and had to give it a try! I was greeted by a friendly barista who helped guide me to my perfect beverage. She, like me, doesn’t like sweet drinks so she suggested the new Salted Pistachio Matcha made less sweet. It was fabulous! Really smooth and creamy, the pistachio milk was so good! The matcha wasn’t earthy but just a hint of sweetness. Very good, just wish I was in town longer so I could enjoy it again! It’s a small coffee shop with little seating."
"Rarely do I write bad reviews but this was by far the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had- and I’m visiting out of state. I visited this location at 8am Saturday- there were 3 girls behind the counter and a man sitting at the window enjoying his coffee. I ordered a Blondie Matcha and a pistachio croissant- the girl checking me out wasn’t in the best mood and pretty stand offish, English isn’t my native language so I’m not as confident so while I was ordering her tone to make me repeat wasn’t the best. She handed me my croissant without even acknowledging me again and subsequently went back to talking to her coworker I proceeded to take a seat inside at the window to the right where I’m still visible (I wore a relatively big puffy jacket but I faced my body inwards towards the pick up session to just wait for my drink). The next guest (white) that came in I’m assuming was a regular as the one who took my order had a change in tone- immediately she got her drink. Afterwards another guest (white), also came in placed an order and got her coffee immediately. Subsequently, a man came in afterwards which I’m assuming was picking up a delivery got a drink, confirmed with it with the barista about the order and left. Not long after, a guest with her children (white), came in placed an order for a drink and baked goods also received their order immediately and she had a relatively larger order too. I was wondering how everyone who came I after me kept getting their orders before me especially when it was relatively slow in the morning- and at that point I just opened my croissant to try to not feel as bad as I did because again, English isn’t my strong suit so I didn’t want to complain or rush them. 15 minutes passed so I just placed my croissant in my purse, pushed in the chair and stood in front of the pickup. The girl who took my order before glanced over at me multiple times but there was one girl, she was tall, thin and short brown curly hair acknowledged me. She spoke with the girls closest to cash and told me she’ll make my order- but she did ask me whether or not I stepped outside and I told her no, I’ve been waiting at the counter. She proceeded to make my drink and offered to compensate my drink to which I told her to not too. I already felt so bad being there because I felt like a burden that I just wanted to leave. She gave my drink and I really appreciated how even she acknowledged that it was ridiculous as well as apologized that I waited as long as I did she honestly made the experience a bit better. I left, told her to have a good day and walked down to Beacon Bookstore and immediately had a whole (better) experience at that store and cafe. Never thought I’d experience this on my last day as Boston has been nothing but kind, however, I won’t be visiting this location that’s for sure if I come back. The drink itself was good though, however I’d pass on the pastries- they look appetizing but it was moreso appetizing on the eyes over taste as it was stale and bland."
"This is a tiny coffee shop near the Mass General Hospital and the Whole Foods in Beacon Hill. Most people come in to grab a drink to go...but there are..."
