"Wow delicious coffee !!! My first time trying blue bottle and I was so impressed! Blue bottles coffee is very smooth tasting and you can tell it’s good quality coffee beans. I asked for a hot Nola but with the vanilla in it cuz I like my coffee flaved. It was delicious I went back and got another one!!!! Love this place so much, I wish there was a closer location near me !!! Can’t wait to go again when I’m in the area!"

"I visited on a Saturday morning and placed my order at 10:30 a.m. — a grilled cheese and an iced latte. My sandwich was ready within five minutes, but my drink was seemingly forgotten about. I waited 40 minutes for my iced latte, finishing my food long before it came. After standing around with other frustrated customers and conversing about the wait, I finally asked the barista about my drink. He seemed annoyed, rifled through the receipts on the espresso machine, and clearly, my order had been misplaced. Despite having ordered before several other customers, I watched as people who ordered after me received their drinks first. The barista then instructed a new staff member who had clearly not yet finished training to make my latte. I was dismayed to see an espresso shot that had clearly been sitting out for some time used for my drink, and the milk was overpoured before being hastily transferred into my cup. The latte itself tasted fine, but no drink — however good — is worth a 40-minute wait, poor communication, and such lack of care in preparation. They obviously have no organization or queue system going on at the espresso counter, and it is baffling to see them not be able to keep up with the flow of customers, when the cafe was not even packed. Especially disappointing for a bean company/cafe that's regarded so highly. Likely will never be going back which is a shame as I enjoy being in Seaport."

"Blue bottle is always a 10/10. Stopped by this place during my morning jog through the city, and as always, it was a perfect break. The coffee was great. I always buy beans from them whenever I’m able to visit them, but this time I had already bought some from George Howell. Blue Bottle, as a company, I think of as the Apple of coffee shops. They are always so slick and clean, and I just love to be there. The service was also great, but nothing out of the ordinary. I got the Nola which is different from my usual Cappuccino or Flat White, but it did not disappoint."
