"Cafe Pastel is a very cute and intimate coffee shop nestled within the Raffles Hotel. The entrance is a little difficult to find from the street, but the hotel employees were very happy to show us our way into the coffee shop. The coffee, pastries and yogurt were all excellent and arrived in a timely manner. I would definitely come back again."

We tried to order a sandwich and were told they do not serve until 11:30. Why is it on the blackboard then? We came back at noon and ordered sandwiches again, only to be told she had to call the kitchen and see if they could do it. They are disorganized, and a complete joke for a "5 Star" Hotel. They give you one word answers or a generic response that means NOTHING! Their response to this review is auto generated and not sincere. Do not bother going here."
