"Café Nero honestly blew me away. The vibe is super modern and clean, and the staff make you feel so welcome the second you walk in. Huge shoutout to Emma—she was so sweet and helpful when I couldn’t decide which iced coffee to get. Little things like that really make a difference. Also the iced mocha was so good!😋 Only downside is the parking situation—it’s pretty tough around there. But if you’re biking or taking the T, it’s super easy to get to!"

"Even though this Caffè Nero isn't a Boston University only cafe, students from Boston University hoard all the seats and tables and sit around for hours (even after finishing their drinks/coffee) turning this place into an unofficial BU Study hall. Finding a seat if you're a non-BU customer becomes impossible at any time of the day no matter if it's a weekday or the weekend. So, if you're expecting to get a coffee/ a bite to eat and sit down at a table to enjoy it, you might probably wanna skip this spot and go to another Caffè Nero if you can."

"It's just not as good as some of the other locations but is well frequented by college students and consequently has a convivial atmosphere; youth will do that. My only complaint is that it seems that they are always out of ceramic ware, so that even if you are dining in, you are often stuck with a paper cup, and at six dollars for a brew, it doesn't seem worth it. I don't eat in coffee shops, but their sandwiches and pastries do seem appetizing. It's hit or miss. I'm a little kid at heart so I often get hot cocoa and sometimes it’s lukewarm instead of piping hot."
