"I stopped by Caffè Nero near Macy’s in Downtown Boston when I really needed a good cup of coffee — and this place absolutely delivered. While signing up for their rewards program, I was lucky enough to get a free drink, so I went for a 16 oz Thermos Latte. It was delicious and exactly what I needed to enjoy the Christmas vibe in the city. The staff was supportive, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I used to visit Caffè Nero often when I lived in the UK and was always a fan of their coffee. Walking into this location brought back the same familiar feeling and quality — and honestly, Boston itself gives a little bit of that England vibe, which made the moment even more special. Overall, a wonderful spot to grab a warm drink, relax, and enjoy the festive atmosphere. Highly recommend this café if you’re in Downtown Boston!"

"Plenty of seating, many outlets, great decor and seating. Usually busy but never have to wait long in line. The cappuccinos are pretty good but the coffee isn’t that strong though."

"We stopped here for breakfast one morning. The place was not too busy and they took our order right away. The coffee was good and hot. The food was warm and tasty. For what we needed it was good. The inside of the location was very cute. It had plenty of tables, bookshelves, and areas where you could be by yourself. However, I would call out if it was busy, it might be loud."
