"One of the cashier wore glasses in the store is very rude and gives me attitude. I think she’s discriminate. I just asked if have that particular drink, and she said no and impolite to me. Didn’t even let me know once the drink is finish. I have to ask. However, she’s very nice to the guy who is after me. I feel so uncomfortable that the cashier has the attitude to customers. I love Caffe Nero but I won’t go back to this store."

"Went there for a morning coffee. The coffee was ok, multi grain croissant was pretty light and good for breakfast. Worked two hours on my laptop there, was quite mellow and relaxing experience. Not too crowded before 10:30am. The staff are energetic, welcoming and chatty. Overall, enjoyed my morning there."
