"Pet friendly local coffee shop with high energy baristas and quality food. Kaori is a recently new addition to the neighborhood but delivering like a shop with experience. The staff is extremely welcoming and the more you visit, the more you'll get to know each other; they bring the energy of a local shop where you feel like community. The food options are focused, but delicious. There are some delicious pastries they have no problem warming up (recommend the ham and cheese croissant and banana walnut muffin) and espresso drinks with beans sourced from Colombia. I'm excited to become a regular."

"Nice cozy neighborhood cafe with a warm space to work or hang out. What stuck out to me was the coffee quality (hot). It was a really premium blend, but tasted so so freshly roasted (and a great price point). I think this is my new favorite cup in the area just because of the freshness. The panini sandwiches were fresh and definitely carefully chosen ingredients - specifically the bread (similar to focaccia)."

"I ordered a Lychee Blossom and a Matcha Latte, and as someone who’s really picky with matcha, this place is now my go-to. You can tell that they use ceremonial-grade matcha powder so if you like your matcha latte to be sweeter, definitely ask for extra vanilla syrup. Prices are very reasonable for the quality, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. A great addition to East Boston!💗 Highly recommend to try this place out!!"

"So nice to see a cafe in Eastie!! Ordered a ham and cheese croissant and spinach croissant - both were warmed up and delicious! We tried a iced mocha and regular iced latte. They were both flavorful and rich. Staff was friendly and the cafe itself had a good vibe to it. I would come back here again!"

"Very happy to have Kaori finally open in the neighborhood! We tried a muffin, tea, and cold brew. The cold brew was really good - but I like it particularly bold, so could not please everyone - albeit, this is the first time in my 10+ years of drinking cold brew that I was asked if I wanted it hot or iced, haha. The loose leaf green tea was made to perfection, with the right water temperature and timing, which was great. The muffin was solid; I don't believe it is homemade, but not sure where it came from. Definitely not a bad start on day 2! :)"
