"Really good breakfast sandwich and great vibes. Came here on a Saturday afternoon to get some work done. The whole area feels like a mini Seaport, but with way fewer crowds. There’s a small lawn out front, plenty of outdoor seating, and an easygoing, relaxed vibe. Pretty much everything you’d want from a neighborhood café. I tried two of their fall specials: blackberry vanilla matcha and the apple cider + espresso. Both were fine, but the coffee and the breakfast sandwich were great. The sandwich came with a thick, jiggly egg soufflé patty that made it surprisingly satisfying even without any meat or extra toppings. Definitely one of the better breakfast sandwiches I’ve had from a coffee shop. Would come back for more sandwiches and coffee once the weather warms up again."

"I ordered a small iced latte and a large hot latte. My latte initially came out hot instead of iced, not a big deal, mistakes happen. When I let the barista know, he seemed visibly unhappy, didn’t say anything, remade the drink, and set it down without acknowledgment. I’m not sure why there had to be an attitude over a simple correction. The total was $13.91 (including a $1 tip), which felt steep given the portion sizes. The drinks were very small for the price. I’ve attached a reference photo, on the left is a regular large latte from another coffee shop, and on the right is Kohi’s “large” for comparison."

"The coffee is pretty good but often not worth the price -- their competitors like Pavement charge less for better quality! Food is decent but expensive too. The best thing about this cafe is the space & vibe, which is conducive for work. I've had hit-or-miss experiences with the staff. On some occasions, the barista serving me couldn't be bothered to smile or even take my order with undivided attention"

I discovered it while my uncle was undergoing rehabilitation nearby, lucky that I stopped by to pick up some treats for the amazing nurses and, of course, for myself, 🍞🍪🧁 because their goodies are incredibly delicious and the latte is absolutely perfect ☕️ 🤩"

"Coffee is amazing. Very dialed in and one of my favorites for pour over in Boston. Tandem from Maine is one of the best roasters in the northeast let alone the country. So happy they serve them. However one really glaring thing. The pastrys were so dry it was inedible. I had to throw away my croissant today because it was almost a rock. So make sure you have food before coffee."
