"Got the incorrect order. It was super busy and only 1 other person ordered while I was there, but somehow my order was mixed up. I only noticed after I had left and was at my next destination. Also, the person who took my order looked at me like I had two heads just because I ordered a hot coffee and not a drip coffee specifically. I had already told them I couldn't see the menu so I was looking at their online menu and it said hot coffee. They also chased me down when my coffee was done while I was waiting in line for the bathroom. I asked if they could hold it (again there wasn't anyone really ordering or a line they had to take care of) and they got flustered by that so I just took it and left it by the merchandise table."

"The 8oz hot cappuccino was solid. Sadly no latte art. That would actually add a star for me. It’s actually quite a commoditized skill and offers that nice touch. The oatmeal cookie was wicked-sweet. Nice, spacious cafe."

"Service was great and memorable but the food was even better! I thought the coffee was fine and good, but the “presto! pesto!” bagel I got was out of this world. Very pleasantly surprised and I will be returning. I will say that it can be quite noisy on the weekend so I don’t think I would come here to work or study, but otherwise great experience and no complaints."
