"Is this place French? Italian? New American? Anyway it’s in southie with typical Southie parking so take an uber. Once you are inside, though, it’s special. The space is undeniably beautiful with a feminine and Parisian design. Even on a packed night, the noise level was surprisingly manageable. A huge part of the vibe was our server, Cait. She was incredible. She managed to be attentive without hovering and was genuinely friendly. She made the night feel even more special. Here is the breakdown: • Charred Scallion Dip (4/5): Good portion for sharing with kettle chips but needs more onion flavor. • Prosciutto Arancini (3/5): $20 for four tiny balls is a tough sell so I would skip these. • Fried Artichokes (5/5): Actually the best appetizer we ordered. • Brussels Sprouts (4/5): The new hot honey prep is tasty but serving them on top of blue cheese made it a bit too busy. • Classic Caesar (5/5): Lot of anchovy flavor in the dressing makes this elite. • Butternut Squash Ravioli (6/10): very sweet. This is for you if your like sweet or want dessert. • Margherita Pizza (5/5): dough is fantastic they must make it from scratch and that stands out. • Sweet Sausage Pizza (5/5): Just as good as the margherita and proves the pizza program here is legit. • Skillet Cookie (5/5): You can never go wrong with a warm skillet cookie. • Palm Negroni (5/5): I wanted more coconut initially but the balance actually ends up being perfect. • Espresso Martini (4/5): Solid and not too sweet considering there is no actual espresso in it. • Eros Sour (5/5): Unique and balanced. The food is generally strong, but the pricing on some of the small plates feels off, especially that arancini. The pizzas are a real stand out. Bathroom Review: There are two single stall gender neutral restrooms with baby changing stations. They are very clean. Loved the floor tile and they stock high quality paper towels."

"Cute warm antique like decor with comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Nice brunch menu and delicious cocktails. The quiche and salad were very good. Couldn’t place what was giving the salad dressing its tang but it was delicious on the fresh greens served with the quiche. The quiche had a nice crumbly crust and was creamy and flavorful, I didn’t think the ricotta on top had much flavor and probably could have been left off. The biscuit with honey butter was good but not on my list of top biscuits. The outside was a little too hard and the biscuit itself was just okay. Steak and eggs were good but the winner on that plate was the hash brown. Absolutely delicious, crispy, crunchy and creamy. My only complaint for this restaurant is the service, particularly the hostess. I did not feel at all welcomed when we arrived and it almost felt a little like she was annoyed at more people arriving. We got there 10 minutes before our reservation and were told we needed to wait. We eventually were seated at a table that was empty and set from the minute we walked in. Overall got a very unwelcoming vibe when entering which unfortunately sets the tone for the experience. Everyone has a bad day so not alternating the rating."

"Lovely restaurant nicely decorated with great vibes. Menu is a bit small with few options nevertheless everything we tried was delicious . Perfect portions and reasonably priced was m overall experience in Petula’s Grilled shrimps were by far the best dish, zesty and tender topped with a delicious salad and crushed garlic and nuts. Steaks were made to perfection and as requested medium rare, the blue cheese butter added a great addition to the steak. Caesar salad was delicious and chicken was juicy and salad was a bit crunchy so worked together perfectly. Fish tacos were good, I loved its salad dressing! To finish off our meal we had a warm cookie served with vanilla ice cream, The cookie was enough to share among the 5 of us and was the cherry on top for our dinner. Highly recommended"

"Went for the french cherry latte and it did not disappoint. The matcha was good but slightly grain, I think because they whisk it by hand but prefer this to premade. Breakfast burrito had good flavor and was a good amount of food. Only issue was it took a little longer than expected, got there right before a big line formed just be prepared to wait a little. Would go back for sure but maybe just for coffee to avoid the wait also would want to go sit for brunch in the restaurant. Worth trying especially if you’re in the area."

"Been here a couple times. Want to love it but it’s never good. Pizza was severely undercooked!!! Tried to recook it but it was so inedible and doughy."
