"I pulled up to the store at 10:22pm just before closing. I did my shopping and before I left i used the restroom. As I exited the rest and headed in the in which a came as Asian employee said abruptly "back doors are locked gotta go out the front!!". I replied but my car is outback . She said "go out front and go around! , and rudely I might add. I than asked her "Do we know each other? " She scoffed and said No! I said Then you should probably work on your attitude! She replied abruptly "What attitude!?" I then said THAT ATTITUDE!. She professed to only giving me directions. I then said you could have been much nicer! She again scoffed and I left. So I guess I wrote this to asked isn't the customer always right? Especially when the hasn't done anything wrong? I hope this finds you well."

"Lowkey ruined my birthday cake… My cake’s frosting was messy and all over the place and ordering online I could only get the ugliest option. The buttercream looked so much nicer and thinner in the website photo. It’s honestly quite sad. It would even save buttercream and effort to do it the regular border most of the premade cakes have…"

"Used to enjoy shopping here but they have installed a fence and one-way gate in front of the cart return, so now when putting the cart back you have to walk all the way around the checkout to get back to the exit. Its just a terrible design. On top of that the security guy is incredibly rude when redirecting customers around the fence."

"I really love shopping at Star Market in Allston. The store is clean, well-stocked, and has a great variety of products, from fresh produce to everyday essentials. The staff is usually friendly and quick to help if you have any questions. However, I tend to avoid the bread section because I’ve noticed signs of rodents there on a couple of occasions. It was a bit concerning, so I prefer to get my bread elsewhere just to be safe. Aside from that, I still enjoy coming here regularly.
