"Crispy twist on pita sandwiches. Recently took a visit for a quick breakfast. Everything on the menu was available, so I picked up one breakfast flat (Glorious Day) and two lunch flats (Chicken Pesto & Italian). Toasted Flats gave these a nice upgrade by baking them like mini breakfast pizzas for 2-3 minutes. While I’m not sure if this method transforms the dishes entirely, it did add a nice crispiness to toppings like bacon and pepperoni. While the lunch flats sounded more enticing on paper, my favorite turned out to be the Glorious Day Flat. The combination of a runny soft-boiled egg, bacon, cheese, tomato, and sriracha mayo was perfectly balanced and hearty. On the other hand, the Italian Flat leaned too salty for my taste, and the Chicken Pesto Flat felt a bit off, with the pesto flavor too subtle. Not sure if this is a place I’d go out of my way to visit again, but if I’m in the area for a quick and filling breakfast, I’d happily swing by."
