From the moment I walked in, the hospitality was top-tier — Richie made us feel right at home with his warm and welcoming energy. You can tell customer service is a priority here. The aesthetics of the place are absolutely beautiful — modern, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything is super clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. It’s the kind of spot where you could chill for hours and lose track of time. The atmosphere is peaceful, inviting, and has that “home away from home” vibe. Definitely a new favorite — can’t wait to come back and bring friends. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!"

"I used to drive 1 hour here because they were the best. Quality has gone downhill, cleanliness is definitely last priority. I found a roach and a nail clippings under my feet the last time i was there. Completely disgusted by everything. I ordered 4 drinks, then after seeing the dirtiness, i dumped all 4 drinks. Previously hated the 5 stars, now they dont deserve even 1. I kept going back and every time the quality was lower and lower. This was the final straw. Also there is always some random object in the middle of the foyer. Sometimes a wrapped up furniture or a 5 gallon water bottle…"

"Went here because everything around was closed but highly regret it. The milk tea was super bland, and the boba flavor and texture was just not very good either. Wouldn't mind if the cost was at least reasonable but price of their drinks is similar or slightly more than higher quality boba shops. Wouldn't recommend for boba milk tea."
