"Five all the way. Clean & welcoming, nice, knowledgeable, and easy-going staff. Bathrooms are clean and don’t smell like pee. I couldn’t get the touchless hand dryer to stay on for long enough and had to keep moving my hands, no points off. The toilet paper was hung the wrong way also, but I try not to judge when I see that. I do, however, have to fix it, which I did. The atmosphere was just lovely, decent music at a good volume, not crowded at all on this Wednesday afternoon. A variety of seating for the many different things people like to do in caffès. Overall I am glad I came here and not the crappy place next door."

"Every Caffè Nero I visit is absolutely great and the staff is super cool. But the trash area always smells terrible. Also, the wall outlets are so loose that chargers constantly fall out. They need to fix this soon because they are likely losing business from people needing to work, and this is a recurring issue at all their locations."

"Absolutely unacceptable experience. First, this location accepted a package that was clearly addressed to our business, not to them. I have the photo showing our name and address, yet they took it anyway—completely improper and disruptive. When I went in on Dec 9 at around 10:15 AM to resolve the issue, the barista was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of helping locate or return the package, I was met with hostility. So not only did they mishandle a delivery, they treated me with zero professionalism. If you value integrity and basic courtesy, avoid this place. Management needs to train staff on not accepting packages that aren’t theirs and on how to treat customers respectfully."

"Looking for cozy, warm, respectful coffee shop? This location disappointed by pushing customers out 15 minutes ahead of closing on Saturday Oct 11, turning off lights inside 10 minutes before 6pm and not putting the customer first. Nero Corporate should to step in prioritize customer experience as this is not the first time this early closure has occurred at this location. Should have stopped by Starbucks that stayed open and doesn't play these games unless it's an emergency. Basic stuff - but it goes a long way."
