"This Caffè Nero in Central Square is one of my favorite places. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, ideal for relaxing or working. The staff are consistently friendly and professional, and the drinks and pastries are reliably well-made and enjoyable. I'm disappointed by the recent negative reviews stemming from the mistaken identity incident. These situations are hard to manage perfectly, particularly after a prior customer engaged in serious anti-social behavior. It was an honest mistake, the company apologized promptly, and the customer involved has indicated that he considers the matter resolved. This is a good café with decent people running it. It doesn't deserve ongoing damage to its reputation over one resolved error. I continue to come here regularly and recommend it."

"Cute lil cafe with good vibes, solid coffee, and yummy pastries. It may be a chain, but the Cambridge Caffe Nero manages to feel a bit more like a local indie coffee shop with it's cozy, comfy ambiance decked out with giant bookshelves, armchairs and couches, and ample seating. The staff is friendly and service is quick, so it's a great spot to either hang out for a long time while finishing a bit of work or to grab your morning cup of joe and continue on. The coffee isn't the world's best coffee, nor are their pastries the world's best pastries, but they're all solid and definitely meet my early morning pick-me-up needs."

"Not sure what's happened with Caffe Nero's matcha, but it's become this super milky and diluted lukewarm, more like water with a tinge of grass flavor. The staff were nice enough to try to make me a new cup that was slightly warmer, but I think it's more an issue with the updated recipe... My poor $6 😔"

"I have a great time here with their single origin coffee (from Peru) they said their single origin changed monthly so let’s see what is their coffee next month. Good place to chill and relax with your coffee with the cold weather. The staffs are nice and friendly here."
