from Google"My favorite flavored cold brew & crullers in the city. As someone who goes to NYC often, I didn’t think I’d like Daily Provisions this much. In New York, it’s just another reliable cog in the Danny Meyer machine. But transplanted here, against all the generic chains and cafes in Harvard Square, that polish actually felt vital. I’ve been here numerous times already, and my favorite things to get are Cinnamon and Maple cruller and the Salted caramel cold brew. Maple Cruller - Really hard to describe how good this is. Really nice maple glaze, pillowy and chewy interior, and surprisingly not very crumbly. Could give a 10 just based on this cruller. Amazing stuff. Salted Caramel Cold Brew - Zero bitterness from start to finish. Perhaps the most perfect flavor integration in cold brew I’ve ever had. To be honest, I didn’t get much salty notes, but it worked as a subtle amplifier to accentuate that mellow sweetness. Felt like I was drinking an iced honey water (one of my favorite Korean drinks) with a hint of coffee notes. BEC - No special sauce or tricks, just a really well-executed classic. Twist here is that they used a thick bacon, runny egg, and a poppy seed roll. While it was a tad salty for my taste, that peppery and smoky notes of the bacon (+ juiciness) worked beautifully with the runny egg. Orange Cinnamon Cold Brew - A small chunk of orange peel gave a nice zesty aroma. Really had to focus to find those cinnamon notes, but in the end, Dan and I both agreed that its aftertaste was undeniably similar to those mandarin chocolates (from Jeju Island). The Lumberjack - Don’t necessarily get the best of both, but I really liked it. Obviously the sweet maple glaze is way more prominent, but the thick bacon somewhat balances everything out. A bit heavy, but something I would absolutely crave for after a long night."
"It was my first time visiting and it was such a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the seating was comfortable, and the overall vibe was lovely. Most importantly, the coffee and donuts were amazing — I tried the seasonal ginger donut, and it was absolutely incredible. The coffee was excellent as well. And a special thank you to Von, who truly made my day with his kind spirit and warm welcome. I’ll definitely be back once I'm back to Boston 🤍☕🍩"
"Wonderful cafe with a low key chill vibe. A good amount of seating during the day. Feel like being transported a resort cafe. Elegant decor and some seating areas with power plugs. Fast casual restaurant format where you order up front and take a number to your table. Prices are decent for the Harvard Sq area. ~$6 for drinks"
"SOO. If you have never had a cruller come to Daily Provisions and try one. Originally based out of New York this upscale restaurant provides sit down and to-go options perfect for a quick bite or a meeting. I never had a cruller before and tried one and was genuinely surpised by its churro texture on the outside and fluffy/creamy inside. Take a look at one of the pictures I posted it shows what the inside looks like."
"I visit frequently for coffee and lunch as a quick walk from my office at Harvard. All the employees there are so helpful and friendly. I always get great service from Carlos the GM and Pablo the barista. I enjoy grabbing a quick meal to go or sitting to chat when the space isn’t too busy. It’s a great way to get out of the office for a bit. This week I ordered catering for an event at my office. Carlos and the local team were incredibly helpful getting my order together with a quick turnaround and helping to get me in touch with catering. Allie from the catering team was very friendly and helpful. The order turned out perfectly with rave reviews. We hope to order again very soon! Thank you and welcome to the square!"
